JANUARY 27TH

This week during Jesus time we are learning about John the Baptist and his baptism of Jesus.  We talked about how we are baptized in church, but Jesus was baptized in the Jordan river. With water and God's word our sins are washed away.

This week's activities include:

*Counting six stars to put on the number 6

*Painting with colored star ice cubes 

*Painting a snowman

*Learning about the letter P

*Coloring pictures that begin with the letter P

*Painting pink polka dots

*Making patterns on the magnet board

*Lacing winter items (lacing cards)

*Bible story crafts (dot to dot shell, Jesus and John in the Jordan, puppets)

*Searching for peas in the rice table (marbles)
