Hello Monday. I hope everyone had an opportunity to attend church this weekend. The class had a good day learning through play. They found circles, arks, rainbows, and orange in the classroom. The students told the story of Noah's Ark through songs, phrases and with a magnetic story board. At the end of Jesus Time the class got to wear animal masks. Learning centers included:
matching halves to make a whole
looking at animal pictures
animal lacing cards
coloring a rainbow
do-a-dot scarecrows
As a class we enjoyed singing action song, reviewing numbers, 1-3 and reviewing the alphabet, A-I.
