I hope the Lenten devotional has helped your child better understand Holy Week. Today we learned about Jesus' death on the cross. It was a sad day. We know that Easter will be coming and that is a GLAD day.
This is how we spent the day:
Books the children heard

We enjoy playing together.

Fun with lacing cards

We find eggs and chicks in the sensory table.

Coloring Z for zebra

Holy Week collage

Matching colored straws and placing them in the color coded slot

Decorating an egg with colored reinforcement circles

Painting an Easter egg with Karo syrup and food color,,,,STICKY

Finishing with with a gold glaze

Let's look at books

Music, we sing/we dance

Bible Craft: Making a cross - Jesus died for me

A color matching game

Playing with Play Doh

Making a cross by stamping crosses

Jesus Died for US. That's why it's called Good Friday.
EASTER BLESSINGS TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AS WE CELEBRATE THE RESURRECTION OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST
