In Jesus time this week Mary and Joseph have reached Bethlehem. They were very tired after their long journey and tired to find a place to rest. Every inn they went to was full. There was no room. Ask your children what Mary and Joseph had to stay in Bethlehem.
We continue to prepare for Jesus' birth in PDO.
Here are a few of the fun activities we will be doing this week.
*Creating a mural of the stable
*Painting a picture showing NO ROOM
*Using green play dough to make Christmas trees and wreaths
*Using glitter to decorate our stockings
*Playing instruments to our favorite songs
*Decorating our Christmas trees
*Making ornaments to hang on our trees at home
*Touch and guess stocking game
*Taking the long walk up to church to practice our song
*Singing Christmas songs and reading Christmas books
